If HIBIKI-AN Gift Card email does not reach the recipient, please check the following:
Please check if you entered the recipient email address correctly. If the email address is entered incorrectly, then the HIBIKI-AN Gift Card email can’t reach the recipient.
The recipient’s spam filtering software can incorrectly remove our email. In this case, please ask the recipient to set the configuration of their spam filtering software not to remove our email. Once set, our email will usually reach the recipient’s inbox.
If the recipient uses Gmail, the HIBIKI-AN Gift Card email can be filtered into the Promotions email folder. Please ask the recipient to check their Gmail Promotions email folder.
