It is said that KAWARA SENBEI were introduced about 1200 years ago in Japan. They have subtle sweetness and addictive toasted taste and brittle texture. BUSHOH military commander at the SENGOKU warring states period drew his family crest on pieces of tile and gave the pieces as a reward to his retainers who achieved significant results.
