When i messaged to their fb page?. They are very helpful. When i told them that i want the very highest grade of their matcha?.They recommend me this matcha pinnacle. I love the grassy earthy taste❤️❤️❤️❤️ thats when u know u have the pure authentic matcha green tea. I have no plan buying from amazon that offers a cheaper price but less taste. I will stick to this company that only offer 100%authentic and straight from japan. By the way they also give me a free cute postcard and a loose green tea to try. I am 100% satisfied
