Review	I had to try this right away. You know, all those cool and refreshing looking summer treats to have with matcha that are hard to come by outside of Japan? This is one! The clear gelatin does drip a bit of water when opened so hold by a waste basket but the inside is slippery, don't let it slide out. The syrup is wonderful and if there was twice as much I would be even happier. The flavor resides in the syrup and the powder. The powder will overwhelm the taste of the syrup and also thicken it so I would say to start off with half or less of the package of powder if you have not had it before, then see what suits you.. Definitely chill the jerry cube for a more refreshing snack especially when it is hot. Maybe the plate as well. This seems such a charm to eat with matcha or sencha, I will be sorry it isn't offered in winter and fall.
