Review	This teapot is absolutely beautiful. Very well constructed. The ceramic filter works great and it pours better than any other teapot I've used. This is a great sized personal Kyusu. When I ordered this DHL lost my package. Hibiki-an worked with me and got a replacement quickly. Their customer service was responsive and very helpful. I'm happy to do business with them again.
