Review | Each year the sencha crop will taste a little different. I understand from Hibiki-An's updates that the particular weather for a growing and harvesting season can make a noticeable difference in flavor. This year's crop is just outstanding. Full of floral notes, natural sweetness, umami, and just the right amount of astringincy too. |
