Review	Upon unwrapping, the sweet citrus aroma of yuzu permeates the air. The instant smell gives a pleasant first impression. At first look, the color is not as deep orange-yellow as the pics on the description, but rather more on a paler/muted side. This confection is an actual whole fruit's outer skin, filled with sweet bean paste, and halved. I could see the outer texture of the yuzu peel, this indicates it is the genuine skin of the fruit. First bite gives a combination of a soft crunch of the skin with smoothness of the bean paste. The skin is very thin, giving off a sweet citrus aroma and a slight bitterness in taste. The paste filling is dense, medium sweet, with a mild yuzu aroma and an equally deep yellow in color as the sweetened yuzu's peel. Overall, this is a pleasant treat and would make a good accompaniment to any tea that goes well with citrus. I personally prefers it best to accompany dark teas.
