Review	Soft and squishy little cubes of clear citrus jelly. The flavor is a combination of sweetness and bitterness in a mellow note. Aroma of citrus is light and non-intrusive, with taste that is somewhat like a combination of lemon and lime, but without the typical sour/tangy punch. One cube is not enough, especially when you trying to savor its flavor to identify it. This would make a good accompaniment to match the umami aspect of Japanese green teas, but this should also go well with black teas that have some acidity or tannin.
