Review	The flavor of this compote is so gentle, yet perfectly fruity. The green peach itself is tender to the bite, yet maintains its flesh texture and still comes with its seed, which equally tender. No sourness, no bitterness, no astringency. The jelly is super soft and juicy, giving off a silky feel and a gentle fragrant of green peach on the palate. Both the fruit and the jelly are mild in sweetness, not even moderately sweet, yet it works well, giving off a flavor and an aroma that seem natural. This compote is addictive. Its mild sweetness makes it so easy to keep eating and you want to keep eating to savor more of its gentle flavor. I'm not sure if this suits as an accompaniment to tea, given its subtle flavor. Best to have this on its own to fully enjoy the flavor.
