Review	Beautiful deep green color. Fresh, floral sweet fragrance. Rich, floral sweetness (slightly refreshing astringency when prepared as hot but becomes mellow and sweet taste when allowed the matcha to cool down) and creamy umami that satisfies my matcha-craving palate! A step up from both organic matcha and superior matcha as both teas are quite light bodied and lack depth especially if you drink matcha daily—I like my matcha rich, bold & satisfying creamy umami. It also produce beautiful uniformed foam! Thank you Hibiki-An and tea farmers for producing excellent teas!
