Review	I have been drinking Hibiki-An Matcha Superior tea for many years. It is how I begin each day. It has a smooth rich flavor, a nourishing green taste and is low in acid. On weekends I drink my tea in my garden when it is quiet and the dew is still clinging to the leaves. 90' tall Monterey Pine trees across the street blow gently in the wind. Drinking my tea while watching the Pine Trees and listening to the sounds of morning is peaceful. I'm attaching a photo of my tea bowl filled with Matcha Superior nestled among the dew covered plants in my garden.
