This is a great Gyokuro. I use a clay teapot and a Thermapen to get the temperature exact every time. This is how I brew it: 1st brew - 120 degrees Fahrenheit, 1 min to 1 min 10 seconds 2nd brew - 120 degrees Fahrenheit, 30 seconds 3rd brew - 120 degrees Fahrenheit, 1 min to 1 min 10 seconds |
