Review	I can appreciate how much effort goes into making organic Gyokuro. I’d surely like to see an upward trend. My brewing parameters were 6 grams to 60g of water. 1st steep was 120f for 2 mins. 2nd steep min at 125f. 3rd steep 1 min at 135f. 4th steep 2 mins 140f. If you are looking for a mild Gyokuro this is for you.
