Review	This Ice Tea is absolutely amazing. First of all, using the iced teapot sold on Hibiki-an is so easy that making ice tea is a completely hassle-free process. More importantly, the taste of this ice tea is wonderful. I use the brewing by cold water and the result is a beautifully clear, light green tea. The taste is smooth and very fresh, with no bitterness at all. You can nearly see the green fields of freshly grown tea buds and feel the morning dew of a bright spring day on the leaves. Absolutely excellent.
