Review	I agree with the previous reviewer- in the past the only organic matcha I found has been in 30g tins, and was about $10 more than Hibiki-an's. This organic matcha also appears to be higher quality than others I've tried before. I prefer not to sift my matcha before drinking, because every gram is precious. With this tea though, I've had no trouble with it clumping at all. With many other kinds of matcha, I've found that it sometimes clumps together at the bottom of the bowl, no matter how much it is whisked. One further note- I find this tea to have a smoother, less bitter flavor than other organic matcha. I don't think I would ever order matcha, or any other japanese tea from another company.
