Review	To the color of the tea, to the fresh feeling left in your mouth afterwards, this Fukamushi exceeds all expectations. An amazing quality tea. Deep green against my yunomi, it has a savory umami flavor at first, no astringency at all, that quickly turns into a sweet mellow fruity note with a little vegetal flavor. Wow. Just wow. My absolute favorite tea. Hibiki-an does an amazing job. Well done farmers and processors.
