I first tried Matcha tiramisu in one of the tea-shops in Tokyo and I fell in love with it. Since then I was trying to recreate the flavour using different recipes. The recipe given here is the best so far. The flavour of Tiramisu is really delicate and authentic. I used a bit more of Matcha powder than the proportions in the recipe recommend and I used dark Moscovado sugar for the cream. |
