Review	The organic houjicha is great anytime, though I prefer it after dinner or before bed. I have found that it aids in digestion and helps my body relax in preparation for the night's rest. The taste is smooth, rich, and toasty, and when brewed properly there is a lingering sweetness that is enjoyable and refreshing.
