Review	I LOVE Chinese Pu'erh, so why switch to Japanese Houjicha? My best source for Chinese tea will NOT certify that her growers claim to be ORGANIC. The lack of Certified Organic tea is true of ALL Chinese tea, not just Pu'erh. So, I switched from China to Japan as my organic (JAS-certified) loose-leaf tea source. Pu'erh is roasted and fermented, giving it additional health benefits, but I'd rather have the DELIGHTFUL roasted taste of organic Houjicha than drink tainted Pu'erh!Note: perhaps Aabiki An will begin to ferment teas to make organic Pu'erh-style tea cakes available???!!!
