Review	I'm not a green tea expert but rather picky about quality and originality. For a month, I've been searching for a company that would supply excellent and authentic green tea. I came across Hibiki-an's website, which displays comprehensive details about how their tea is grown to how consumers can prepare it. I opted to try the Superior Tea Tasting Set. The refreshing aromas of these teas are unique. It was difficult to stop myself from continuously opening the packages to smell them. Sencha Superior has a slightly bitter after-taste, while Sencha Fukamushi Superior is somewhat sweet and bitter. My favorite is the Gyokuro Superior which has a sweeter after-taste, but if it's left too long to brew than the recommended time, the taste will become bitter. Thank you, Hibiki-an, for providing excellent Japanese tea.
