Review	I am concerned with tea for the first time. Brewing is for me a new concept and a new experience. I am approaching it with the habit of my profession: I am a researcher in mathematics and signal processing. To get started I am experiencing your Kuradashi Gyokuro Premium, and my surprise has been really great. I know good wines, champagnes and cognacs, yet the flavor of this tea is far more hidden, subtle, deep and hence interesting. While the former give a pleasure which through the senses reaches our mind, the latter gives a pleasure which through the senses kindly overruns our soul. Flavor lasts in our mouth, joy in our soul. While experiencing this tea, I ask myself which the flavor of your Kuradashi Gyokuro Super Premium and Pinnacle may be.
