Review	This blend of toasty genmae cha and matcha is the perfect balance of mellow and bitter. It also give you additional energy for those long days in front of the computer. I have one bag every day and often steep it twice for a second cup that's lighter. I have tried other brands but nothing even comes close to the quality and flavor of Hibiki-san. Jyst FYI: we have tried to compost the nylon bags and they are VERY slow breaking down.
