Review	-- 2021 batch -- Brief steeps (5-10 seconds) in 70 Celsius water. Liquor is opaqued light yellow-green in color. Taste is smooth, slightly umami sweet, lightly grassy. The grassy note starts from the 2nd infusion and increases by the 3rd infusion. Mouthfeel slightly sticky, but no dryness. Wet leaves are freshly green, delicate looking. The flavor intensity starts to mellow down by the 4th infusion, thus best to do a longer steep from here onwards. A longer steep (1 minute) gives a more pronounced vegetal taste. I find this tea best paired with a salty-sweet snack.
