As the product description says, this has a very mellow flavor compared to a regular Gyokuro that is shaded longer & allowed to age. It's fairly similar to Hibki-an's Sencha Shincha offerings but with a smoother, lighter finish. Try brewing it multiple ways to experience it's subtle beauty.
