Review	If you are a traditionalist who enjoys matcha, you will appreciate adding this to your tea ware. I am obsessive about getting my daily matcha just right. Problems arose with getting my water the proper temperature for a perfect bowl of matcha. After experimenting unsuccessfully with thermometers, I realized that the traditional method was the simplest way to achieve the proper result. Water boiled in a cast iron kettle and poured into this vessel before pouring into the matcha bowl provides perfect matcha every time. It was a wise decision to avoid the guesswork and add this yuzamashi to my tea ware. Perfect!
