Review	I have been drinking the Organic Hojicha and it’s what I have to compare to this one. The biggest difference in comparison is a much more mellow and smooth taste. The best part of this special edition is how Umami it is! Almost as umami as the gyokuro on its first brew. Will differently order again and would recommend it to more a tea drinker with a more refined and experienced pallet. 10/10
