Review	The aroma: grassy and lingering in the nose, with a hint of morning's dew. The liquor: fine green, bright and clear. The flavour: Fiery and deep, tantalizingly smooth. Not too intense, nor too weak, balanced quite well indeed! The Mouthfeel: medium-bodied and semi-astringent. (Brewed 175F, for 50 seconds, then 60 seconds, in 360ml pot)
