Review	My first impressions of Shincha Aote were complex and refreshing. The balance of freshness was very satisfying. This is probably one of the most unique green teas to drink. I followed the directions from Hibiki-an plus varied the infusion minutes. Experimentation allowed me to control the character of this wonderful tea. I was impressed mostly by the purity of taste? It was easy to drink and left a lasting echo of flavor. I have said this before and I will say it again, Hibiki-an continually amazes me with the quality of tea offered to their customers. Just when you think you have had a great green tea they surprise us with additional teas of high quality and flavor. I am so impressed by their passion for tea and other products. When it comes to Tea from Japan I only think Hibiki-an!
