Review	Hibiki-an's Matcha Super Premium surprised me in several ways. The first surprise was the speed of delivery. I ordered the tea on a Wednesday and it arrived on Friday — in Tennessee, USA. The second surprise was the packaging. Even by the high standards of Japanese tea sellers, Hibiki-an's refill bag stood out for its beauty. The third surprise was the freshness of the tea. I've been drinking match for less than a year, but I have tried a variety of grades from Kagoshima, Yame, Shizuoka and Uji. None of them tasted quite so fresh. This is a new experience for me, and I am still learning to appreciate what I'm drinking. The most I can say, right now, is that there's a lovely lightness about it, suggesting spring and new growth. It brightens my day.
