Gyokuro competition grade: Taste a Gyokuro of this quality is an exceptional taste experience. The smell and the color of this tea at the opening of the bag prepare for this infusion of another world. The Gyokuro lose their opulence at too high temperature. Water at 50 ° C at most in a small teapot and bowls already heated will reveal a umami of purity unknown so far.
