I tried this in my new hohin. The tea had really good flavour on the first brew. It was like Kuradashi, without having to age it. The leaves were fine and needle like. This is what I expect from tea. Afterwards, I used the tea leaves on a fried egg with salt and a little Kikoman soy sauce. I used water around 50 to 60 degrees. |
