Review	This is without question the best gyokuro tea I’ve ever had. I use a heaping teaspoon, 8 ounces of spring water, steeped twice at around 145F for 1.5 minutes on both steeps. Incredibly mellow and deep with a fascinating sweetness. As good as this tea tastes, the best part is how I feel after drinking it - calm, content, focused, happy. Shipping was fast (three days by DHL) to the United States. Hibiki-An has quickly become my favorite online tea shop.
