Review	Shunzan Mori's chawan is a delight to all the senses. The feel of the ceramic is light and strong like silk, the sound is as clear as a bell and the Ume pattern is a delight to the eyes especially during the bleak Winter months. Matcha really comes alive against the beautiful blossoms and the soft blush of the cream colored glaze. The volume is most generous so one can afford to partake of just a little more tea than usual. The chasen feels more at home in here. This chawan is exactly right and an heirloom that will remain with my family for generations, I hope. The mind reels at what the Spring and Summer could bring us. Enjoy.
