Review	I must first mention that this matcha is the very best available for its price. More importantly, it has a lovely, sweet taste and aroma ! I find this matcha is best when whisked at colder temperatures. I get a very good foam this way and the cold preparation method greatly compliments the House Matcha's sweet, grassy green, slightly seaweed, and subtle mushroomy-earthy taste. It differs from the higher grades in its color (duller jade, but still brilliant) and its taste which is more of the savory side of Umami, instead of the dominant sweeter tones I have noted in higher quality (non-aged) matchas. I recommend this to those who drink a lot of matcha and perhaps those who prefer an earthier rather than sweet dominant taste and aroma.
