I've been drinking matcha tea for several years now. It's the best natural high that I've ever experienced. It truly gives me a calm alert effect. I drink it twice a day usually during the week and 3 times a day on the weekend. I look forward to every bowl of matcha. My brothers look forward to me coming home to our mom and dad's so we can drink some matcha together. If you are trying to decide if this is right for you, I'll help you out by saying it's worth the try! You also get great health benefits from drinking it. You can't go wrong. Enjoy!
