This is one of my favourite summer drinks. Put 20 grams of tea in a glass pitcher, and add 1L of water. Let it sit for 24 hours in the fridge. Take the container out and strain out the tea into another jug with a fine mesh strainer. Pour in another 400 mL roughly, and strain out. This is the best part. You will get a green, cloudy drink that is really flavourful. Drink with something sweet to eat. |
