Review	This is a useful accessory when you are in a situation without a teapot that allows brewing to pre-set temperatures. Water can sit in here for a short amount of time to attain the desired temperature. It functions as advertised and looks good. The alternative is learning to 'read' the temperature of heated water by observing bubbles as they appear in your kettle. Not everybody has time for such pursuits, though it can give brewing the feel of an art. The same feeling can be achieved by applying your discretion as to how long you want the water to sit in the YUZAMASHI. Go forth and have fun - and for Pete's sake don't buy stale supermarket tea. Life's too short.
