Review	It is great that the black bamboo whisk is offered for sale. It is one of my favorites as it is very sturdy and holds up longer than othe whisks I have had. It is stiffer than the thinner cut whisks are but does eventually get a little less stiff. I find it gives as good a foam on the matcha as other whisks do, even so. It is also great for cold matcha with a little milk and sugar whipped in. I plan to always keep this style on hand.
