Review	I wait every year for this harvest and usually purchase two or three 120gm bags at once as i know Hibiki -an is committed to selling the highest quality matcha and it goes fast. The Shincha is deep emerald green, with a wonderful rich flavor profile, smooth, with no bitterness or after taste. I usually have it for my breakfast beverage, it's clean much better than coffee, and has a calming effect but at the same time focuses the mind to see things very clearly. This is the pinnacle of matcha in my opinion and infinitely better than anything you will be able to get in a coffee shop or on Amazon. Hibiki-an is my preference for the highest quality tea.
