Review	The 2021 Competition Grade Matcha Pinnacle has a fresh green colour and whisks beautifully to be smooth, soft and mellow, with not even the slightest hint of astringency. It is perfect. Many thanks to the farmer and to Hibiki-an for this most delightful matcha.
