This tea brews a darker cup, but is soothing and mellow. There's a kind of smokiness that isn't overwhelming, but feels comforting. Would recommend for an afternoon break.

Superb Japanese green tea - the aroma and color make me think of spring. Refreshing! I've recently started brewing in a kyusu and I love the results.
