I think this tea is everything that a good sencha should be.
When brewed properly it isn't bitter at all, but does have good umami. It's sweet, but the sweetness doesn't take over the entire flavour or aftertaste. And it has the characteristic grassy slightly vegeta...(more)

After some experimentation with temperature, steeping time, and amount of leaf, I can say I am very happy with this genmaicha.

I really am happy with the cup, and I do not regret the purchase.
