I would highly recommend everyone to use the proper tea set and follow the instructions to brew this tea. Silly me, I wanted to enjoy this tea at work, so I packed the tea in a tea bag. I may have use too little tea leaves and too much water and not the right temperat...(more)

The Genmaicha Matcha-iri tea that I bought from local supermarket taste so different from Hibiki-An’s. There is no bitter after taste and the aroma lingers in your mouth. From now on, I will only buy teas from Hibiki-An! I have just ordered Kuradashi tea. Can’t wait to...(more)
