Refreshing 'lemony' attack ... Earthy green mellow taste, mid astringency with a very light umami finish .. Very nicely blended shincha .. Shew a few dry leaves and experience the very well prepared shincha from hibiki-an . Deleciously refreshing liquer on a hot day .
