AME is a Japanese traditional candy that is popular and well-loved. We paired premium traditional candies, Matcha AME and YUZU AME, which are both manufactured with special efforts by traditional methods. Matcha AME features the mellow taste and noble aroma of Matcha. YUZU AME gives a sour taste of the flavor of YUZU.

These candies are carefully boiled in small quantities over a long period of time in an open-fired cauldron called JIGAMA. Each batch is carefully handmade by skilled artisans. Only high-quality sugar and syrup are used, and the product is moderately sweet, so you can enjoy it as many times as you like without getting tired of it.

Matcha AME is made using Matcha from Uji and has a mouth-watering Matcha flavor. YUZU AME has natural YUZU peel powder kneaded into the candy, giving it a rich YUZU flavor and sourness.

Both Matcha AME and YUZU AME are individually wrapped, making it convenient to carry a little of each with you. The green and yellow contrast created by the natural ingredients is beautiful.
