How to make Matcha Cocoa ---
Ingredients: (measurements help, click here)
1 table spoon cocoa
1 tea spoon
Matcha
1 table spoon hot water
100ml milk
1 table spoon sugar (optional)
In a small pan, place Matcha and cocoa, add 1 table spoon hot water and mix well. Gradually add milk and cook. If you like, add a little sugar. Matcha Cocoa is also delicious served over ice.
This recipe makes one cup of Matcha Cocoa.
