These cookie nuggets taste moderately malty sweet, with no 'toasted' or 'roasted' aroma despite its golden brown appearance. The flavor is subtle, so no obvious aroma to indicate it is made with malted rice and/or buckwheat flour. The light crunchy texture what makes them addictive, though. I imagine they would go well with various types of tea, and maybe even coffee.  |
