The kyusu arrived at my place, well-packaged and all (I also appreciated the little extras in the package that came with the kyusu, by the way. I didn't expect that, so that, too, was a pleasant surprise). Needless to say, it was well worth the wait, considering I went with the Standard International (not trackable) option (It took two weeks, more-or-less, to reach my place. It's understandable, it being an international order and all, so I was willing to wait)! This unglazed kyusu is truly a beautiful work to behold, even better than what the pictures suggested! It's also very well-made, high-quality, pleasant to touch, and it had everything I was looking for in a kyusu (i.e. Traditional Japanese design, made in the Japanese pottery style of Tokoname-yaki, unglazed on both outside & inside, ceramic mesh filter, lead-free, good ml size)! I am pleased to have chosen the Tomisen Sensuji Kyusu as my 1st ever kyusu to finally be able to properly brew Japanese Green Tea with (I was able to brew delicious Shincha Green Tea with it), to where I can now begin my journey to experience what Japanese Green Tea is really like! All-in-all, a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!  |
