There is a medium firm crunch to the texture, a bit too firm for most kids but suits adults in general. Each bite there is a light savoriness to the palate with a toasty note, followed by a warming sensation down the throat from the mild heat of the black pepper. There is also a hollowness in the middle of the cracker, which is unexpected. This is a nice adult snack and would go great with any tea, but I'm seriously thinking of having this with cold beer. I think it would be a great match.  |
