Review There is a sugary coating on the surface of the cracker, which gives an instant medium sweetness on the palate.
The yuzu flavor is there but mild, unfortunately. Wish it is stronger.
No trace of sour or bitter note to the flavor, making it a snack suitable for kids as well.
The thickness feels slightly more than Matcha Senbei but has a texture that is light and crispy with a nice snap to the bite.
Just as for most senbei products, one bite is not enough.
I think this is a snack that is suitable as an accompaniment to any type of tea.
